On Saturday, May 27th, the United Colors of Benetton store at via Cerretani 57/59 in Florence will host the “Because I am a Girl” pink corner, a global movement that aims to affirm the rights of girls, teens and young women against all forms of discrimination.
On Saturday, May 27th from 3:30 pm to 7 pm, the United Colors of Benetton in Florence, at via Cerretani 57/59 will host the “Because I am a Girl” pink corner, a global movement that aims to affirm the rights of girls, teens and young women against all forms of discrimination. Launched by the NGO Plan International, “Because I am a Girl” in Italy is currently collecting donations to improve reproductive and sexual health rights of adolescents in Sierra Leone and to reduce female genital mutilation and premature marriage in Ethiopia. The President of Plan International Italy, Isabella Bossi Fedrigotti, will be present at the Florence event.
